Start day with COLD shower.
Walk: 10000 steps (this would take about 1 hour)
Eat breakfast.
Drink more water.
Eat more fresh fruit & vegetables.
Eat less refined flour products, fats, sugar & meat.
Avoid preserved & tinned food.
Limit salt to < 2300mg (1 tsp) per day. Season with herbs instead.
